Perry E. Rhoads
Over 8 years of experience in general real estate practice including in the area of construction defect defense. He has defended developers, general contractors and subcontractors in complex, multi-party commercial and residential matters. Prosecution of claims for insurance coverage on behalf of insureds (bad faith) and insurance carriers (contribution). Prosecution of insurance subrogation claims. Other litigation experience includes defense of developers in claims against homeowners involving quiet title and issues involving purchase and sales documents. Mr. Rhoads has also defended several agents related to DRE filings. He has arbitrated over 100 matters, and tried several bench trials. Admitted to practice law before the California State Bar (2000) and the U.S. District Court for the Central and Southern Districts.
